Cars are listed as we have them, and a car can sell while you are reading about it. A listing is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer, and we take entries down as soon as a deposit lands on them.
The figure shown covers the vehicle and the paperwork we handle. Taxes, registration and any transport are quoted separately and in writing before anything is agreed. Prices can change until a sale is confirmed; the one we put in writing to you is the one that holds.
Every car goes through our workshop and the findings are written into its page. These are used vehicles, so ordinary wear is normal and is described rather than hidden. You are welcome to arrange your own inspection before you commit, and we will make the car available for it.
We stand behind the description, the inspection and the buy back window set out on this site. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a vehicle after it has been handed over.
